Vehicle "massive Destruction" from Stranglehold.
I did the destruction of this vehicle for stranglehold. The original car model was created by another artist. I set up this vehicle so that when shot, the car material would reveal an alternate damaged version where ever hit. I created the damaged variation by creating dented and bullet ridden high poly meshes and rendering out a normal map, to overlay on the original undamaged version of the normal map. Eventually the car would explode and the doors , wheels, and hood would fly off. |
